| Warranty |
| Warranty information is listed in the product
description on each product that carries an extended warranty.
A complete copy of any warranty will be included with merchandise.
If no warranty is mentioned, and if you are not satisfied after
initial inspection with quality, workmanship or materials, then
you may return in unused condition in original carton and with
all paperwork for replacement, exchange or credit within 10 days
from receiving merchandise. We will charge a 10% restocking fee
for all credit returns. For products that do not carry a specific
manufacturer's warranty, we will provide a replacement for
manufacturer's defects for up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
This applies to US sales only.
All items are manufactured by independent suppliers.
We make no guarantees, warranties or representation of any kind,
expressed or implied, with respect to such items, and shall not
be liable for any loss, expenses, accident or inconvenience that
may arise in connection with the use of such items, or as a result
of any defect in or failure of such items. |
| Sales Tax |
| We are required by law to collect and remit applicable
sales/use tax for the State of California for all purchases. |
| Shipping |
| All orders will ship via USPS media mail or priority mail depending on the size and weight of your order, please allow 5-10 business days for media mail, We will ship UPS ground on request. If you require faster shipping we can ship UPS Next Day, 2-day or 3-day, call for a quote. We will ship to a P.O. Box for individual and small orders. A physical address is required for bookstore or large orders. For your protection, your phone number should be included with your order information. |
